Following our subtle feelings

We can make rules for ourself and it can be useful to set boundaries in certain areas of our life but possibly one of, if not the biggest lesson I'm still learning is that not listening to our intuition, our "body wisdom" or gut feeling can result in disaster. The ego, whatever that is... our conscious mind? can be our own worst enemy, particularly when it overrides our intuition.

The author Stuart Wilde wrote quite clearly about this in his books. He clearly delineated between our subtle feelings and emotion, with emotions being driven by the mind and feelings being driven by inner wisdom. People call it willfulness or being head strong when we choose to follow our heads rather that the often more subtle messages from our soul.

The difficulty in following our inner voice occurs when what it is communicating is not convenient to our outer selves or not the direction we want to go. This is where it is so important to be quiet enough and humble enough to let go of our ego's preferences and listen to what our internal.wisdom is telling us, and do our best to follow it.

Experience has taught me intuition knows best, but I still override it at times, always to my later regret.

The modern trust dilemma and the importance of optimism

In the first Matrix movie the greatest embodiment of truth is thought to be The Oracle, but by the second film the protagonist, Neo, is already questioning whether she is just another system of control.

This is where many "truthers" find themselves.

Realising the deep and wide levels of deception in the world the question becomes: who or what can be trusted?

Can the senses be trusted?

They can be fooled.

Can logic be trusted?

What about intuition?

Religion, ideology, politics, political leaders and celebrities.

Books, documentaries, and films.

Who or what to trust?

Are we living in a simulation?

Are we free spiritual beings or are we prisoners who think we are free?

Without a positive outlook our physical and mental health suffers.

We must develop optimism if we don't already possess it.

How that is achieved when we discover dark truths about the world is the real challenge.

China, Russia and world peace (Part I)

PART 1

No-one is going to war over Taiwan and there will be no WW3 over that bastion of Illuminati corruption and money laundering, Ukraine.

Putin does nothing by chance. Like him or loathe him. Believe the stories printed about him by his enemies in the CIA controlled western media or not. They say he kills his political enemies and journalists who are critical. Well, without a trial and access to true information (which is rare), that is speculation, but what we do know is that the western empire he is fighting to maintain sovereignty from have no qualms about killing their enemies and do it with impunity, whenever they get the chance. And killing Putin's "domestic enemies" to make him look like a monster would be straight out of their MO. Who knows? Not I, but I do have a source I trust more than the mockingbird media and then there is intuition, which finely honed cannot be corrupted by the lies of this world. It is a laser arbiter of truth if we approach it in the right way, free of bias and brainwashing. They must be left behind. All thinking, all words gone. Just observation. Body language. It does not lie, unike the voice, particularly in the news media. Very unreliable propaganda generally.

Anyhow, given the popularity of Putin in Russia and other countries, the efforts to destroy his credibility seem to be failing. Some will say his popularity is because his regime controls the media. I think he would still be popular no matter what the media looked like (and all countries whose leadership is opposed by the CIA will be subject to their influence, if there is truly a "free media" anywere it probably exists in only the smallest and most insignificant of nations.

Also the the fact Russia took in Edward Snowden in sanctuary from the Americans who were trying to capture him so he could be controlled and disappeared from the public discourse and that would be willing to do the same with Julian Assange tells us a lot about which country is under the control of the light and which governments are controlled by darkness.

The establishment media in the USA and UK laud Bush and Blair as heroes, when both are war criminals, responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people and so what side of good and bad the establishment there are on is not difficult to judge. It's not rocket science and billions in sophisticated propaganda doesn't change the facts. They are most obviously the bad guys.

People don't make their decisions blindly, based on the propaganda they receive, instead they have intuition and minds of their own, and many are able to see through the all-pervading deception and get to the heart of matters and into the heart of any soul, and see things as they really are- their true nature and motivation.

And this perception is very often the opposite to the story told by establishment voices, who themselves are often just as brainwashed as the people they are trying to convince. They have become an apparatchik for the machine of death that they truly believe is good. These are the "useful idiots" of our age.

But if we allow outside propaganda by dubious sources to darken our minds then independent thinking becomes impossible and we become programmable, unthinking, machine-like beings, just the way the power elites like it.

So trusting what the Western Empire media says about any world leader who opposes them is unwise.

China is also under wiser rulership than the west, even if they may seem overly controlling to the western mind. Still, it is nothing beyond what western governments have done to their own people during the recent "covid crisis", with that basion of western liberalism Melbourne, Australia, being, I believe, the most locked down city in the world during that time, destroying people's businesses, mental health and lives with it. But all "for your public safety" of course. And all under the rule of "Dictator Dan", the Premier of the state. Somehow he reminds me of Mussolini on the inside, but trying to be soft and cuddly on the outside, like a Wiggle, and as fake as a Wiggle too, with their idiotic fake smiles plastered over their faces. Children aren't idiots. They may like the songs playing but they know the performers are fake as hell. It's garish, like ugly cross dresses. Have some taste, please. 😆

Some people will do anything for money. Tell any lie, and in the case of political leaders, destroy any opposition to their draconian policies by the use of their "brown shirt" brigade.

These days this is the "police", the keepers of law and order, no matter how corrupt the person is who's commands they are obeying. This is immoral to give away your free will in this manner. In an interesting side note the Victorian police wear an upside down 5 pointed star, the meaning of which is probably lost to them, but not to the organisation that loves symptoms and from which such thing originate.

Thinking v. feeling one's way through life

"Trust your feelings, you must!" Yoda

The two approaches to living are to think your way through life and to feel your way through life.  Thinking looks at the past and projects it onto the future when making decisions whereas feeling involves a moment by moment decision making process.  Feeling your way through life is a process of sensing the force around and within you and acting from there.  Thinking ignores the living force and acts on old programs, instead.

Machine man v feeling man

There are “machine men” - those who ignore or shut down their feeling nature and “feeling men”- those who feel and act on their feelings, when appropriate.

Almost all the terrible things that happen in the world- to people, animals and mother earth- happen because of machine men.

The intellect, acting alone, is a dangerous thing.  Only when coupled with the feeling nature, which opens us up to the experience of others and to our own empathy and compassion, are we likely to act in ways that are harmless, both for ourselves and others.

Some people shut down their feelings in some domains of their life while allowing themselves to feel in other areas.  This allows them to be destructive in one domain while constructive in another.  This leads to a divided man and is not to be recommended.

I believe we were born with a feeling nature for a reason and that is to encourage us to act in ways that are beneficial to creation as a whole rather than just suiting our own limited mental concepts.

When we ignore our feeling nature destruction is the result. This can be seen in all the violent acts that occur on the earth against other people, animals and the planet itself.

Many of these actions are viewed as "necessary" but this is only because those that carry them out or condone them are deluded by distorted thinking and have shut down their feeling nature which would tell them these things are wrong.

This denial of feeling makes these people a danger to all life.  We must regain our connection to our feeling nature and act according to its dictates (in conjunction with our rational nature) if we are to become noble co-creators on this wonderful planet.

Beyond the 5 sense prison

Art by James in the Shell

The world is full of people who are blinded by the 5 senses and the messages they supply to the brain. They believe that is All There Is. And anybody who says Something Else might exist and that they may have even experienced Something Else, well, they are proponents of "woo" and therefore not worthy of paying any attention to, whatsoever! They may even be deluded or mentally ill!

The cult of "5-sense reality is All There Is" is the one that has most of the world in its grip. They believe we are purely physical bodies trapped in a 3 dimensional box and there is nothing we can do about it! This is a true prison, indeed!  But many of our most advanced citizens, our deepest realizers, tell us otherwise. They say that the world we can see, hear, smell and touch is but a fraction of the true dimensions of reality that are available to us.

How do we access these other realms, these other viewpoints? Simply by withdrawing our attention from the 5 senses. When we do this we naturally experience other, "inner" worlds. Yes, materialists will say these worlds are simply the largely meaningless firing of the neurons of the brain when it is shut off from 5 sense data. But many who have had these experiences say otherwise. They say these are real worlds, organized and meaningful, and that we can inhabit and interact within them and learn from them.

Even in our waking life we can use input that comes from sources other than the 5 physical senses to enrich our lives and make improved choices. These subtle feelings or sensations that some call intuition, gut feeling or just "feelings" (in the Star Wars films, for example), can provide input that we can use in our decision making process to achieve a better outcome for ourselves and others.  Why is this?  Because they come from a deeper, wiser, broader part of ourselves which isn't so stuck in time and space as we seem to be!

Intuition and the Jedi

Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace

The understanding and use of the intuitive "sense" is not encouraged by modern institutions- but in Jedi circles it is given pride of place!  The Jedi view the subtle senses as conveying messages that can't be gained any other way, and which prove useful for one's continued well-being and the well-being of others.  Indeed, intuition is seen as playing a role that the thinking mind is incapable of fulfilling, for the thinking self exists in a kind of vacuum that may be totally removed from what is actually going on in the world around us.  It is only the senses (both subtle and gross) that allow us to be in touch with the world around us and allows us to respond to life in the most appropriate and constructive way.

We can't know something by thinking about it

When science tells us what things are, it is engaging only the intellect.  There is no "feeling" sense being engaged by this process.  To understand things fully they must not only be thought about but felt.  For this reason we are equipped with a feeling nature.

The human is not a machine equipped only with an intellect.  We are far more advanced than that.  Beyond the 5 senses are the feeling senses which work more subtly.  We must "tune into" this part of our nature to gain the insights this part of us presents.

Those who engage only the intellect to understand life or part thereof are not connecting in any real way with that which they study.  For that to occur we must place our attention on the thing itself (not the thought of the thing) and, without thinking, pay attention to feelings it evokes within us.

This will tell us more about our focus of attention than a never ending process of deductive reasoning ever could!

Using subtle feelings to navigate through life

Star Wars Episode 1- The Phantom Menace
by Stuart Wilde

You are everything. Everything emits a feeling. So you are all the feelings of the universe. Therefore, if you want to know what is round the next corner you only have to blank your mind and enter the feeling. Remember, subtle feeling is ESP, not emotion. Of course, most people are not used to listening to their subtle feelings for information, as they are either all mental activity, or they confuse feelings with emotions.

What seems to be an extra sensory perception of feelings is, in fact, your primary perception. The mind and its free will are the override. They enter a guessing game when in fact you already have all the answers, you always did have. You also know exactly what is going on and what is about to happen next. All human action rises from a hidden subconscious impulse and that impulse has a feeling.

When you get good at it, you can ‘feel’ the very subtle impulses that will occur in the future. After you master listening to your feelings, you don’t have to plan or think. It’s all obvious, minute-by-minute. It’s such a relief. Of course, once your life becomes immediate, you won’t be able to plan very far ahead, as at any moment your subtle feelings might cancel your mental plan; however, it does allow you to be right all the time. Your subtle feelings are never wrong.

Once you follow the subtle plan, life becomes magical—but you will not at first understand the synchronicity of life that is all around you, weaving its magic. Yes, the universe is close-by and all around you. Simple. That is why I say get rid of free will; it’s a disaster and part of the control trip. You’re probably a slave to it. Drop it. Stop searching and planning, stop it. Stop pretending your intellect knows what to do. Feel out what you ought to do next. You’ll get good at it very quickly. At first you may make a few mistakes by letting emotion or thinking get in the way, but you will soon master it.

Soon nothing will be able to hide from you, and after a while your subtle feelings will talk to you in more complex ways, like visions. If everyone went with their feelings, this zoo, this prison, would fall apart. We’d leave the world of emotion and mind and enter the Kingdom of Heaven, as our subtle feelings are part of the Kingdom of Heaven. They offer us the real truth.

Following the "will of God"

If we are to follow the “will of God” how do we know what it is? Surely we must have a built in guidance system to direct us through our lives? Some say this is our feeling nature, which others call the intuition. It is up to us to find out.

This “will of God” is also called by some “messages from the soul”. For the philosophical materialist such a soul does not exist, instead intuition is seen as an inner calculation based on present variables and past experiences. If there is no "will of God" or "soul's desire" then clearly our path must be determined by the actions of the mind rather than messages coming from the soul through the intuition.

The important point to find out is what works best for each of us so we know what voice we should be be following. It is surely up to each of us to find out.

The head and heart must be in balance

Spirituality has nothing to do with the mind, it is only concerned with heart-knowledge, also known as love knowledge. It is that which becomes known by the soul when the heart chakra is open. It is this that truly opens us to the world on a meaningful level and one which enables us to reach communion with each aspect of creation.

Intellectual or head knowledge without heart knowledge is a dangerous thing. Without respect or reverence for life an intellectually powerful civilization gives birth to monsters of machines which crush all before them. Such civilizations are lucky if they do not destroy themselves.

When the head and heart are used in conjunction then we find a rational society with a respect for life and each other.  Such a society is capable of great things!

The intellect and mental disintegration

When the intellect alone is used to understand reality without recourse to the intuition, insanity is often the result. This may explain the high rates of dementia among ex-engineers and university professors. Without the head and heart in harmony there is discord and unhappiness and ultimately, mental disintegration.

The intellect working alone just doesn't have the resources to deal with the mysteries of life. The intellect is removed from the bigger picture, whereas the feeling nature, specifically the intuition, is connected to the whole and feels much more secure with its place in the world.

It is this security, trust and sense of belonging in the universe that makes the intuition our greatest aid in connecting with and understanding the grand design of life! And when used in conjunction with the rational nature we become a more well-rounded and grounded human being.

Intuition: our inner guidance system

Our strongest, easiest, most direct path in life to our goals is known not with the mind (i.e. thought, based on logic and past experience) but with the intuition (which is felt within the body-mind as a subtle sensation).

Intuition straddles space and time where all is one and is our voice from our non-physical selves. It gives subtle communications that we need to listen to if we wish to make our lives simpler, more effective, more joyful and more flowing.

The sensation of intuition is gauged when we are focused upon a possible course of action by the sensation of resistance or allowing within the body.

First we need to become mentally quiet while being focused on a possible course of action and then we guage the feeling within our body as to whether it is soft and non-resistant (a clear path) or resistant (a path of suffering/resistance).

In this way we can choose the path of least resistance and maximum joy!

Here is an excellent video by Judith Orloff explaining how to sense intuition.
