The baby is not born a blank slate

Ascension and the dominion over matter- JESUS

How signals from advanced ET’s may arrive

An advanced civilization may release signals very close to natural background radiation that could only be distinguished by a highly advanced race of beings. Otherwise a more easily detectable signal may draw the attention of a less evolved race that may present a danger or be unworthy of communicating with.
