Ron Paul is a constitutionalist who wants to send US drug law making back to the states (and end the costly and crime enhancing Federal drug war which is currently being exported around the world from the USA via United Nations agreements).
This would mean that medical marijuana would be fully legal in states that currently allow it and drug raids by federal agencies on local growers and distributors in these states would end.
