A bipolar world seems to be better than a unipolar one.
The last thing we need is one group of elites dominating the planet. Two or more groups are likely to be better, as competition for each nation's allegiance will then take place.
So rather than just bullying, we might see more encouragement between the stronger and weaker nations.
At the moment the two international poles of power seem to be (1) the western nations, controlled by the deep state or cabal, using the US military, NATO, sanctions and economic sabotage as their stick, and (2) the BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, and other countries now coming on board) who seem more interested in cooperation than intimidation.
The recent movement away from the use of the US dollar by countries such as Saudi Arabia seems to be indicating a shift in allegiance.
One side appears to be weakening, illustrated by the low quality of the puppet leaders it installs, while the other side seems to be going from strength to strength.
