(Written in response to a comment that ETs are demons an that there would be no reason friendly ETs to be watching us.)
Studying other cultures is an interesting pursuit and we may pose a burgeoning threat to galactic peace. We show by our space program that we are looking for intergalactic friendship, yet aggressive factions with power still operate on earth. It's logical to keep an eye on us. Read Philip Krapf's books.
But I'm not saying all beings, physical or interdimensional, are friendly, but clearly there is no desire to harm us from ETs. They've been watching us since we exploded the atom bomb (and maybe before) as that's when we became a rising threat, with no Hollywood style military attack on us by them, films made to intentionally generate fear of ETs. Ask yourself "why generate this fear"?
Low vibrational beings from lower dimensions are another matter. A normal person can't be harmed by them, because their vibration is too high for any connection. Like attracts like. Vibrations need to be in accord to connect. Only very low humans can connect with them and try to use them for power. Hitler was an example. Netanyahu is probably another. It's been a common theme amongst amoral power mongers to do whatever they can to increase their influence. Many would be unconscious of their connection, but some are not.
