The inner and outer world as mental constructs

The outer world can be seen as the shared, or public, mind.  The inner world is the personal mind, not completely private if we accept that thoughts are broadcast outwards, and received subconsciously by others, as evidence would suggest.  The physical world could be seen as shared facts or agreements by the people who live within it.  However, interpretations of this physical reality lie in the subjective realm of mind and are completely up for grabs meaning there can be no firm agreement of what we observe actually means!.
